When will my order ship?

How long does delivery take?

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us immediately. Our cancellation window is 60 minutes after purchase, before processing or dispatch. See the Returns & Refunds Policy; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing starts.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Please email photos and your order number within 48 hours so we can arrange help. Eligible defects, damage or functional issues are covered by our 30-day product guarantee. Prompt reporting helps investigation and does not replace your applicable rights.

What if my parcel is lost?

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

When is shipping free?

Qualifying merchandise orders of $59.99 USD or more after discounts qualify for free shipping under our Shipping Policy. Shipping protection, tax and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold.
