Overview
These Terms govern your use of aiewfhf.com and purchases made through this store. This store is operated by Liu Crestline Global Trading Inc, a company based in the United States. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Liu Crestline Global Trading Inc, trading as aiewfhf. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.
Using the store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the necessary permission of a parent or guardian. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, or infringe another person's rights.
Product information and prices
Product descriptions, options, prices and availability appear on the relevant product page. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. If we discover a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to arrange a correction or cancellation and refund as appropriate.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. Available payment methods and the total payable are shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel orders where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraud is reasonably suspected, or fulfillment would be unlawful. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it.
Shipping and cancellation
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated United States shipping time is 5–12 business days after dispatch. You may request cancellation within 60 minutes of placing an order. After that period cancellation may not be possible. See our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy for the full conditions.
Returns and refunds
Eligible return or refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Eligibility, exceptions, shipping costs and the return process are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information in operating the store.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Store content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use it only as permitted by law or with the rights holder's permission. External websites and payment or delivery services may have their own terms. We do not control their content. Report suspected infringement to [email protected] with details of the relevant rights and content.
Responsibility and limitations
We will exercise reasonable care in providing the store and handling orders. The site may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for disruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective goods, fraud or other mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law
These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the United States. This clause does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your usual place of residence, or restrict access to a court where applicable law gives you that right.
Changes
We may update these Terms for future use of the store. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to orders already placed.
