Refund policy
This policy applies to purchases from aiewfhf, operated by Liu Crestline Global Trading Inc in the United States.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing it for a full refund. Send your order number and cancellation request to [email protected]. After 60 minutes, processing or shipment preparation may already have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. This processing period does not extend the 60-minute cancellation window.
Returns and refund requests
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Include your order number or proof of purchase and the reason for your request. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, include photos or a video where available.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging wherever possible.
Exceptions
Change-of-mind returns are unavailable for personalized or custom-made items, items clearly identified as final sale or clearance, gift cards, purchases made with store credit, and goods damaged through misuse or improper installation. These exclusions do not remove statutory rights concerning defective, incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied goods.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
We offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost for eligible damaged, defective or incorrect goods. In many cases a return is not required. If we require a return for such a problem, we cover the return shipping cost.
Change of mind
You can return an eligible item for a full refund of its purchase price; you pay the return shipping cost. Alternatively, we may offer a partial refund of 20%–50% of the purchase price if you choose to keep it. A partial refund is optional and requires your agreement. No restocking fee is charged.
Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If we arrange a return label that you are responsible for paying for, its agreed cost may be deducted from your refund; we will not charge the same return shipping cost twice.
Return instructions
Email [email protected] before sending an item back. We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions. Do not send a return to an address on the original parcel or to the manufacturer without our instructions.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. PayPal and credit-card refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. If a return is required, approval follows receipt and inspection. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. Contact us if a refund has not appeared after the stated period.
Exchanges
For a change-of-mind exchange, contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Available options depend on stock. Defective or incorrect goods qualify for a replacement at no additional cost.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the parcel, send your order number, tracking number and any available carrier evidence. We will investigate with the carrier.
