Order processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days. When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated shipping times

United States: 5–12 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional. International delivery, where available at checkout, may take longer because of customs clearance and local carrier schedules.

Shipping charges

Free standard shipping is available on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59.99 USD or more after discounts. Shipping Insurance fees, shipping charges and taxes do not count toward this threshold. For orders below $59.99 USD, available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout and depend on the destination and selected service.

Delays and delivery problems

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs, severe weather and carrier disruptions can cause delays. If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but has not arrived, email us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
